Postpartum Support
Postpartum Doulas are Invaluable
Every newly postpartum mom and birthing person deserves a postpartum doula. It is essential that each new family has support adjusting to life with a new tiny human. We strive to help you foster connection within your growing family, while emphasizing whole family wellness and recovery.
Hiring a postpartum doula helps with the following:
-
adjust and adapt to changing family dynamics
-
find a new stride and increase in confidence while navigating your growing responsibilities
-
better success with feeding plans (breastfeeding/chest-feeding, pumping, and/or bottle feeding)
-
emotional, mental, and physical recovery in the early months after a vaginal or cesarean birth
-
reduces the risk of experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage
Having adequate support significantly changes your postpartum experience so that you can not only survive, but thrive in those early days.
Everyone needs a doula!
